My enterprise Brittany Heritage Services covers my work as a professional guide, lecturer and project consultant. The aims are to provide high quality English language services for all Anglophone publics in the context of tourism in Brittany, and to make its extraordinary history and culture more accessible to non-French speakers. Using connections/cross-references between Great Britain and Brittany is an important element of my method for this type of work.

I lead walks, tours and visits to towns and sites of historical interest all over Brittany for groups and individuals. Frequent town locations are Morlaix, Quimper, Rennes and Vannes, and more general themed tours might cover the Monts d’Arrée, Parish Closes, Pink Granite coast, Pays Bigouden, the Gulf of Morbihan, the Arthurian Forest of Brocéliande or megalithic sites.

As a teacher I provide Study Days for British residents of Brittany to learn about a range of topics from Megaliths and Breton Saints to medieval history and issues in modern Brittany. The History of Brittany course (2010 & 2012) has also been a great success.
